Harris Experience Advanced LSE Generate - Final Session
To foster students’ entrepreneurial mindset and critical thinking skills, we are in partnership with the London School of Economics (LSE). The LSE Generate programme includes four separate trips to the central London university campus, where students receive lectures from alumni, professors, and working professionals. In this final session, students presented their business proposals that they had been working on in the last three session to a panel of judges. They received tailored feedback, and three teams were given honourable mentions for the categories:
Social Innovation Award: STRONGHER.
Best Presentation: ST JOHNS' WOOD
Best Non-Profit Idea: SOLUTH
Winner LSE Generate Schools Programme x Harris Federation 2025: SEA MASTERS
'Sea Masters' (pictured), proposed a new type of biodegradable fishing net, with strong use of numbers and statistics to back up their ideas. We are very proud of the progress that these students have made in just four sessions; they learnt how to create a successful business, grew more confident, and practised their presentation skills while mixing with new people in a new environment.
